Make sure that the staff of your company with access to the information is trained to keep it secure.

How nice it would have been if the technology alone could help us to keep our business secure? Unfortunately, it’s not the case. There’s no silver bullet for this problem of cyber crime and as long as we use Information Technology for businesses, there will be problems with it. Therefore, being prepared is ultimately the best defense.
